Spot color designs are priced according to the number of ink colors per each location*. These include flat spot colors with little halftoning. Pricing starts at $35 each, adding $10 for each additional color (over 2) in the design (see chart at left). These prices cover all aspects of lettering, layout, and most elements involved in the design process. Custom illustrated elements such as mascots, figures, animals or other ‘characters’ require an additional charge due to the additional time needed to create these elements. Illustration charges will very according to the complexity of the illustration.

Process and simulated process jobs are priced according to an ‘average’ amount of time it takes to create them. Simulated process refers to when actual spot colors are used to create a design instead of CMYK. Due to the dot mixing involved, and the normal dot-gain problems of the printing process, these designs are created in Photoshop, allowing for greater control and effects, and are much more time consuming. Multiple locations are discounted*  when a smaller print is coupled with a larger print. The smaller print is priced as a spot separation.
